According to FARNET news:
Microsoft would install a free antivirus"Security Essential" by using windows update for all computers that have not antivirus.
Also it will be acceptable or reject able by clicking active or dis-active by users.
It will be installed on win 7,win xp ,win vista.
Some security companies disagree and believe that it is a force by Microsoft and government should do against it.The other reason is this security program should make hackers comfortable to work on just one type of antivirus so it will be dangerous for users to use a specific antivirus.

Apple wins copyright case in china
US electronics giant Apple Inc has won a trademark infringement suit against a Chinese corporation that used a logo similar to the US company's distinctive symbol.
The logo was used on the Chinese firm's products and website and it was too similar to its own.
Apple Inc registered the trade name "Apple" and the apple logo when it entered China's market in 1993 and has exclusive trademark rights to 2013.
Copyright infringement remains widespread in China, despite years of pressure by foreign companies and governments on Beijing to crack down.
Foreign governments say such infringement costs overseas companies billions of dollars in sales each year.

But-net a destructive network was used by Netherlands' police
Netherlands' police found an internet destructive network (But-net) and this network as a facility to send warning messages to all of users.
Some of lawyers believe that many of users may think this message is fake so after that it could be influence on user's behavior and maybe they afraid of this message and shocked or some criminals abuse from this message.
lawyers believe that Netherlands' police committed a crime because of unauthorized access to user's computers and users could sue police.

Online Sale of Illegal Articles
It is becoming increasingly common to find cases where sale of narcotics drugs, weapons, wildlife etc. is being facilitated by the Internet. Information about the availability of the products for sale is being posted on auction websites, bulletin boards etc.
I think the suspect posts information about the illegal sale that he seeks to make. Potential customers can contact the seller using the email IDs provided. If the buyer and seller trust each other after their email and / or telephonic conversation, the actual transaction can be concluded. In most such cases the buyer and seller will meet face to face at the time of the final transaction. Also we can say the person who buy and sell these items is liable.
